Rental Rate Descriptions

Customer Pick Weekday Rental (Monday-Thursday) Due back by 9 am the next day regardless of pickup time (Not a 24 Hour Rental) 

Customer Pickup Weekend Day Rental (Friday-Sunday) Pickup anytime Friday after Noon and up to 1 hour before closing, Return Monday before Noon

Delivery & Pickup Includes installation of tents and inflatables, Delivery & Pickup within 10 miles of the store. Installation of tents and inflatables must be staked into Grass - Additional fee for setup on surfaces other than grass (i.e. Asphalt, Concrete, Gravel & Elevated surfaces). Final price subject to change. All Tables, Chairs and other Accessories will be placed under the tent for the customers setup and takedown, any items ABC must take down other than the tent or inflatable will incur an additional fee per item. Orders without Tents or inflatables are tailgate drop off and pickup only

We may deliver your order as early as 72 hours before and as late as the day of your event, Pickups start the next day up to 72 hours after the day of your event regardless of the delivery times on your contract. Those times are entered only to reserve the inventory. Please plan accordingly!

Our delivery charges are for a standard delivery/pickup tailgate drop off to the first area of the House/Hall/Hotel or Business (Door to Door I Truck to Door).

If delivery/pickup is to be made to a specific floor or area, an additional labor charge may be incurred. We will not deliver or pick up inside a home. 

Time/Day specific deliveries or pickups are available for an additional $500.00 fee.

The customer is responsible for maintenance of the tent (Tightening Ropes, Stakes and Straightening Poles) while in their possession.
